The highly anticipated series returns to Full Tilt Poker this Sunday, with a total of 39 events and a guaranteed prize pool of $8 million. If past performance is any indicator, then players are right to expect that this otherwise generous estimation will be greatly exceeded. The series begins today, November 24, and this time will include an interesting mix of regular events, rush poker and escalator tournaments.

Detailed information about upcoming tournaments as well as the latest results will appear on the Full Tilt Poker blog. The current edition of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series is packed with new types of games, and players can expect to participate in 7 Card Stud, 6 Card Omaha, Irish and HORSE tournaments besides the regular events.

Re-entry tournaments also return for those who are unlucky to suffer an untimely elimination from a tournament, while the multi-entry events provide players with the opportunity of registering several times for the same event. Besides the regular prizes awarded to those who finished in the money or win an FTOPS event, Full Tilt Poker offers a plethora of bonuses and limited edition prizes.

Those who make the final table in any event will receive a branded FTOPS jacket, with the winners also getting a virtual version to use on Full Tilt Poker. The most tenacious and successful player who finishes on the first position in the FTOPS XXIV Series Leaderboard will sign an exclusive Black Card Pro Sponsorship contract. This will trigger a 100% cash back for six months and a $20,000 bonus that can be cashed out after meeting some wagering requirements.

The winner will also get to choose between the aforementioned prize or FTOPS and MiniFTOPS buy-ins for the same amount. The tournament that everyone is waiting for is the FTOPS XXIV Main Event which kicks off on December 8th and has a buy-in of $635. Late registration is available and those who bust from the tournament can re-enter, to compete for a guaranteed prize pool of $1.5 million. Those who are eliminated and don’t want to rebuy, are given a second chance with the “Bouncebackability” Freeroll scheduled for December 14th at 12:00 ET.

Equally attractive is the FTOPS XXIV Two-Day tournament that precedes the main event, starting at 11:00 ET on December 7th. This is also a re-entry event with a prize pool of $1 million and players can book a seat by winning one of the qualifiers that run live at Full Tilt Poker. Those who are on a fixed income can put their skills to the test in the MiniFTOPS XXIV series, which has buy ins that are 10 times lower than the regular FTOPS XXIV Series.
