“SallyWoo” Starts April With A $231.8k Bang
Sometimes a new month can mean a fresh start and a change of fortunes, with you only having to ask “SallyWoo” about that. Last month he dropped a total of $1 million at the high stakes tables of Full Tilt Poker, with his biggest nemesis being that of Viktor “Isildur1” Blom; however this month so far he is up $231.8k.
He took this profit after taking on another big loser last month in “Gus Hansen” heads up on the Fixed Limit Omaha Hi/Lo tables.
It wasn’t all easy going for him though in this match up as in the beginning he himself dropped a large six figure sum to his Danish opponent. He managed to pull it back at the end though and actually send Hansen down as the period’s biggest loser again with a $147.6k drop.
Another big winner over this period was Ben “Sauce123” Sulsky as he took a break from Full Tilt Poker and headed over to PokerStars for a change. It was a good decision too as he took home a profit of $197k. This was after a session against Doug “WCg|Rider” at a number of $100/$200 No Limit Holdem tables. This was something of a revenge win after the same player took $211k from him about a week ago when playing the very same format and stakes.
This session between the two brought us some large pots too with “WCG|Rider” taking down the largest with a $60.4k score with two pair against the top pair of “Sauce123”.
We also saw Viktor “Isildur1” Blom back at the tables again with him again taking on Ben “Bttech86” Tollerene. They were going at it on the $500/$1000 Pot Limit Omaha tables with “Bttech86” coming out on top to the tune of more than $200k.
PokerStars saw another winner in “kaju85” after he collected up profits of $112.9k when up against the likes of “eqozeem45”at the $50/$100 Pot Limit Omaha tables.
The final winner we will talk about is “KPR16” after he took on Phil “Polarizing” Ivey at the tables and inflicted losses on him of $86.7k. This brings his profits at Full Tilt Poker to more than $1 million for the first time.
