Win a £1,100 seat at the UKIPT London Main Event on FTP

Full Tilt Poker

One month from now, the Grand Connaught Rooms in London will be hosting the UKIPT London Main Event and poker players from all over the world are welcome to attend. The £500,000 guaranteed prize pool and the fact that famous poker pros will buy in for the main event, makes the UKIPT an important milestone in the European circuit of poker.

Those interested in buying in should know that the entry fee will set them back £1,100, but there are other ways of booking a seat for the Main Event. Full Tilt Poker will organise satellites starting as early as August 31 with qualifiers scheduled for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The buy-in is no higher than $5.5, but there is also the option of competing in daily satellite tournaments for a meek amount of $0.11.

Direct qualifiers will guarantee one or more seats for the UKIPT London Main Event and they will run throughout September with the tournament beginning on October 2nd. Existing and prospective Full Tilt Poker players are eligible for these packages and those who win qualifiers will be informed no later than 24 hours after securing a seat. In addition to earning a place in this prominent poker tournament, Full Tilt Poker players are also eligible for bonuses.

The poker company runs an original competition that goes by the name of Full Tilt Poker Last Longer, which awards players who make a deep run in the tournament. The goal is to outshine opponents who also qualified for the tournament via online satellites and the prize consists in a package for the next tournament in the circuit.  All of those who triumph in these qualifiers will receive a player bag full of branded merchandise and will have the chance of interacting with poker ambassadors such as Ben Jenkins, Dermot Blain, Sinem Melin and Martins Adeniya.

Satellites for the UKIPT London Main Event run live at Full Tilt Poker throughout the day and the buy-in ranges from $1-$26. Players get to choose between turbo, super turbo, re-entry, rebuy and many other types of qualifiers with three or four of them scheduled for each hour. All satellites are no limit Texas hold ‘em and the winners with either win a seat for the Main event or climb up the ladder if they compete in multi-entry or steps tournaments.
